To order products from this website, simply follow these steps:
1. Select the product(s) you wish to purchase, selecting the available options as necessary, the quantity you require, and then click on the 'add to cart' button, a popup window will confirm item is added to cart.
2. While shopping, you can either:
a. Continue searching the site for further goods that you may wish to purchase and add these to your shopping basket (you may add as many products as you wish before visiting the checkout).
b. If you have finished shopping click the 'checkout' button.
3. Your shopping basket. This page will show you the products that you have selected to order. You are able to make any amendments to your order here, then press the 'update button'. Check that the details are correct then click on the 'checkout' button.
4. Proceed to the order checkout - this displays the final charges for your order.
5. Delivery details and payment options. - Fill in the information requested and then choose a method of payment.
6. Checkout. - On choosing a payment option you will be taken to a new checkout page where you may finish inputting your payment details.
Payment methods
1. By secure server. - At the final checkout stage click on 'proceed to secure server'. complete your credit/debit card details then click the 'submit payment information'. Details about our secure server can be found in the security section of the terms & conditions
2. By telephone. - to place an order, please call 0845 230 1766 and speak to one of our sales advisors. lines are open between 9.00am and 5.00pm monday to friday and saturday 9.00am to 2.00pm. Please have your credit/debit card details available.
3. By fax. - The on-line checkout will automatically generate a fax order form, which can be printed out and faxed direct to us on 0845 370 1766. Our fax lines are open 24 hours/7 days a week.
4. By post. - The on-line checkout will automatically generate a postal order form, which can be printed out and posted along with a cheque or postal order. please make cheques payable to Door Solutions Ltd and post to: Door Solutions Ltd, 3 Pontefract Road, Barnsley, South Yorkshire S71 1AJ.
Delivery
Our standard delivery charge is GBP 5.00 + vat for any weight up to 25kgs. this covers England, Wales and Scotland. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands are GBP 7.95 plus vat on all parcels up to 25kgs.
For deliveries outside the uk and parcels weighing more than 25kgs, please contact us direct for a price.
Delivery schedule
We always try to deliver your order as quickly as possible. 98% of our products are held in stock either by ourselves or by our uk importers. We aim for delivery to you within 2-4 working days. international orders are generally received in less than 21 days.
back orders
On rare occasions, an item may be out of stock. if this occurs, we will contact you and discuss the options to either a) wait for the item, b) amend your order to a stock item or c) receive a full refund.
